Live at the Roxy followed in , and a year later Ness issued a pair of solo albums, Cheating at Solitaire and the covers collection Under the Influences. However this did little to calm the clamour for a new full length. There's always been genuine soul in the work of Mike Ness, but here it burns brighter than ever before.
